We are excited to be your fundraising partner through our Modaville FUNDdrive feature. It is a simple, unique and profitable way for your preferred school, church, sports team, mission group, girl and boy scouts or other nonprofit to raise funds, and for you to turn your clothes and accessories into cash for a cause. Instead of donating money or selling “stuff”, send us your clothes and accessories that you are no longer wearing and are ready to donate.

You will not receive a payout for items in your Donation Bag, however, you will receive a donation tax receipt from the charity. Supporting non-profit organizations helping children and families in need simply feels good. Thank you for giving back to the community.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

Fill out the attached form with your name, address, email, and choose a charity from the nonprofits listed or add your own in order for us to mail you a Donation Bag. You have two options to send us your donation:

We will mail you a Modaville Donation Bag with a FREE pre-paid return shipping label. It can take up to 2 weeks. Mail your donation in our bag.

OR

We will email you a FREE pre-paid shipping label to print. Mail your donation in your own box.

STEP 2

Our Donation Bag contains a shipping bag, FREE pre-paid shipping label, approved designer list and info on quality standards. Our selectivity allows us to accept items that sell quicker which translates into higher proceeds. Higher-end brands sell for more, so we can pass more earnings on to your charity (see our designer list). In order to maximize your donation proceeds, please make sure your donation meets our standards.

The donated items should be:

  • clean, freshly washed without any stains, pilling, holes or missing buttons
  • from a brand name list provided in the donation kit (see our designer list)
  • in gently used or new condition
  • current, no more than 5 years old
  • no missing labels or size tags

STEP 3

Drop off your filled bag to your local USPS location or schedule a home pickup at www.usps.com/pickup. THE SHIPPING IS ON US. The shipping label is paid for and attached to the shipping bag, so you don’t have to worry about anything but to feel good by making an awesome choice. You are supporting your favorite charity, and, at the same time, you are helping the environment by extending the lifetime value of your items. YOU ARE DONE!

We process your donation depending on the selling price of each item. If the selling price is above $30.00, a portion of net proceeds will benefit your charity when the item sells. Otherwise, we will donate $5.00 per donation bag to your preferred charity.
